How Custom Orders Work?

💧 Water ATL Custom Jewelry Process

Bringing your dream piece to life is simple with our step-by-step custom process:

1. Start the Process

Begin by filling out our Custom Jewelry Form. Click “Customize Your Piece” to submit your design details and inspiration.

2. Receive a Quote

A Water ATL jeweler will carefully review your submission and respond with a personalized quote within 12–24 hours.

3. $150 Design Deposit (3D Mock-up)

Once you approve the quote, we require a $150 deposit to begin your custom 3D mock-up (CAD Design). Our design team will deliver your mock-up within 24–48 hours after payment.

Note: This fee will be deducted from your final total.

4. Unlimited Revisions

We’re not done until it’s perfect. Request unlimited revisions to your design — at no extra cost.

5. Final Payment

Once you’re fully satisfied with the mock-up, we’ll send you the remaining balance (total cost minus your $150 deposit).

6. Production Begins

After full payment, we immediately begin crafting your piece. Production takes about 2–4 weeks, and upon request, we’re happy to send you progress updates with photos or videos.

7. Shipping Your Order

Your completed jewelry will be shipped via insured FedEx Express and typically arrives within 4 business days. It will come packaged in a custom Water ATL jewelry box for a luxurious unboxing experience.

No problem! Just fill out the Custom Jewelry Form and upload your design. You’ll receive a quote within 24 hours. If approved, simply make the full payment and we’ll begin production immediately.

Does Moissanite Pass The Diamond Tester?

Yes. All Water ATL jewelry is guaranteed to pass the diamond tester.

Our pieces are crafted using high-quality Moissanite, which shares nearly identical conductive properties with diamonds — the very traits that diamond testers use to verify authenticity. So yes, Water ATL jewelry will test positive just like real diamonds.

What Materials Do You Use?

We make all jewelry using 925 Silver, 10k gold, 14K gold and 18k gold alongside any diamond quality of your choice starting with D-color VVS moissanite diamonds.

Do You Offer Financing?

Yes. We've partnered with afterpay, Klarna or affirm to offer monthly payments for up to 36 months without any interest or fees.

Does Moissanite Get Cloudy Over Time?

No. D-color moissanite is chemically pure and will never get cloudy or fade.
